Separator Bucket 12 Gallon with Air Relief and Quick Click Hose Adapters and Tool Kit #98581 provides a high volume (12 gallon) collection bin for collecting wet or dry debris before it gets to the vacuum source. The Quick Click separator collects over 99% of vacuumed debris in an effort to help preserve filter life reduce the frequency with which you replace your vacuum bags and filters and also reduces the risk of motor failure due to airflow restriction through the vacuum motor because of clogged filters.
The Quick Click Separator Bucket can be used either with or without the baffle depending on the debris being collected. The baffle increases the collection of fine debris which is more damaging to filters and presents a health risk to the user and limits the collection of larger debris (excess of 0.75 inch) in diameter as it cannot pass between the baffle plate and the wall of the separator.
The 12 gallon heavy duty high density polyethylene collection bin includes a ratcheting screw lid with gasket for easy opening and closing. Unlike the pry off lids the screw lid will not degrade over time providing years of reliable service. The ratchet locking feature also ensures the bin will not open during transport making it ideal for use by contractors or remediation teams.
The collection bin is also equipped with an air relief valve which helps ensure against a clogged hose or vacuum line which can contribute to reduced motor life. The air relief feature can be adjusted to meet the needs of the application but we recommend the relief valve be adjusted to ‘open’ as the system approaches a 95% sealed condition.
Included in the attachment package is a 1.25 inch x 16 foot Quick Click dust collection hose with 5 piece adapters which permit connections to equipment dust shrouds that measure

- common on many work stations. The quick change adapters are molded in a soft TPE material allowing them to stretch over dust shrouds at larger diameters and hold fast as the tools are put to use. Also included is a two piece commercial vacuum 1.5 inch S-Wand, 14 inch floor brush, 15 inch paddle crevice, upholstery tool, and a natural fill dusting tool is ideal for cleaning workstations, bench tops, floors and other surfaces both horizontal and vertical.
