This is the Electrolux Bag Lockout Valve for LE, 2100, Epic 6500, and Legacy Style Canister Vacuums.
This part would be be changed in situations where the “Bag Full” indicator is indicated, but bag is not full. Bag Lockout Valve is located just below the dial on top of the vacuum cleaner.
