This is a factory replacement Carbon Dust Motor Filter #TDFILHEP2 for the CycloVac GS and Cyclo Vac GX Series vacuums as well as the PowerStar Optima Plus and Utopia central vacuum systems.
It is VERY important to change your Carbon Dust Motor filter once for every three filter bags you change. It traps that harmful carbon dust produced by the motors that is normally deposited in the motor and on surfaces around the power unit. This will help protect the internal workings of the motor keeping it clean and providing longer service life for your motor. It’s pleated design provides a substantial filtration surface, allowing for a maximum coverage and filtration durability as well as protecting the environment.
Filter measures 5 1/2 inches long, 2 inches wide, and 3/4 inches deep.
